1. Stay Away from the Sun

One of the main ways of dealing with your skin is to shield it from the sun. 5. Treat your Skin Tenderly

Use mild skin care products to your skin. Cleanse your skin gently and avoid Scrubbing your skin, it can irritate your skin. Irritating your skin will only accelerates skin aging. Gently wash your skin to remove pollution, makeup, and other substances without irritating your skin. Apply moisturizer every day.

6. Eat Healthy

Eating a lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean meats may help prevent damage that leads to premature skin aging. Refrain from diets that contains a lot of sugar or other refined carbohydrates for it can accelerate aging.

7. Manage Stress

Stress can increase cortisol production that cause inflammation to your skin. It causes changes to the proteins in your skin and reduces its elasticity that contribute to wrinkle formation. Protect yourself, relax and take a break from the things that cause your stress.

8. Get Enough Sleep

Sleep at least 7 hours a day and take a nap if possible. One more key to keeping a young appearance is to get your sleep. Your body continually releases hormones that encourage cell renewal while you sleep.

9. Exercise Regularly

Regular exercise can assist with making you look more youthful for different reasons: from enhancing your posture, improving your sleep, speeding up your metabolism, slowing down cell aging and easing stress.
